We're committed to providing you with just the right editor for your manuscript, who will work hard to improve your writings while at the same time preserving your unique voice and perspective - and based on our client testimonials, we've gotten pretty good at it.
As part of our commitment to making your editing project a resounding success, we've implemented a customized approach to paying for your project, to ensure your ultimate satisfaction with all aspects of the editing process. Please read below to learn more about our specific payment and refund policies.
We know editing can be expensive, but we don't want cost to be an obstacle to the fulfillment of your writing and publishing dreams. Thankfully, it doesn't have to be.
Through PayPal's convenient installment and credit options, you can spread out full payment for your editing project for up to 6 months if needed - without having to wait that long for us to complete your editing treatment. In other words, get your manuscript edited now, and pay for it later.

After your sample edit is complete and you've chosen an editor, we'll provide you with the exact cost and estimated turnaround time for the completion of your editing project. If all terms are to your satisfaction, we'll send you an invoice for payment of 50% of your project fee. Once we've received your payment, your editor will commence work on your materials immediately.
After your editor has completed work on the first half of your manuscript, we'll send it to you for your review. If any changes/revisions or rewriting needs to be completed, we'll make sure everything is finalized before proceeding with the second half of your project. If, for whatever reason, you aren't happy with your editor's work, we'll do our best to resolve any issues and smooth things over prior to proceeding, even if it means assigning a different editor to your project, at no extra cost to you. We're committed to making sure you're as happy as possible with all the work being done on your manuscript.
As your editor nears his/her completion of your project, we'll send you a final invoice for payment of your remaining balance. After work on your manuscript is complete, we'll wrap up everything to ensure it's ready for final publication.
Most editors won't issue refunds after work has commenced on authors' manuscripts.
We're not most editors.
Because we're committed to ensuring your ultimate satisfaction with working with us, if you aren't happy with the work we perform, and we aren't able to resolve any issues that arise, we'll gladly provide you with a full refund of your editing project fee. Of course, we'd prefer to work with you to resolve any problems that may emerge, including assigning a different editor to your project, and we'll take any steps necessary to rectify matters. However, we understand some differences are irreconcilable, and if our editing efforts are ultimately unsatisfactory, we'd rather not leave things between us on a sour note.
We're sure you'll find, though, refunds are rarely - if ever - required, as we work incredibly hard to make sure you're as happy as possible with the outcome.
